The Space…

Housed in the former Joseph Labriola Sausage Factory, truly giving life to the expression ‘good bones’!

That, accompanied by the fact that the street/business names were so cosmically serendipitous, it was quite evident that 2614 Penn Ave was destined to become The Dog Penn.

Once Inside,

The building opens up to 2,700 sf.

The ample indoor space is the stage for the many events held regularly (drag events, cornhole league, bingo, karaoke, etc! Check the events calendar!) A 15-foot garage door gives way to the 4,000 square feet of turfed outdoor dog run for a fun indoor/outdoor vibe.

Both areas have ample seating with tables, Adirondack chairs and cozy nooks to gather with friends. Outside, large covered pavillion provides shelter from the elements and pergolas line the yard. A colorful mural of local pups smile down from the wall.

Heaters are fired up on chilly nights, as well as doggie pools are sprinklers to beat the heat in the summer! Free wifi is provided throughout.  While patrons are 100% responsible for their dog while at The Dog Penn, trained staff known as Scamp Counselors are on duty during all business hours. Scamp Counselors provide an extra watchful eye, so guests can relax knowing that pups at play are monitored at all times.

The full-service bar serves beer, wine and cocktails. Guests can grab a drink inside, then head outside where dogs can unleash and run free!

The Dog Penn proudly serves Pane e Pronto sandwiches as well as popcorn and snacks. Guests are welcome to bring in any food they like!
