The Space…

Housed in the former Joseph Labriola Sausage Factory, truly giving life to the expression ‘good bones’!

That, accompanied by the fact that the street/business names were so cosmically serendipitous, it was quite evident that 2614 Penn Ave was destined to become The Dog Penn.

Once Inside,

The building opens up to 2,700 sf.

The ample indoor space will be the stage for the many events to be held regularly (think movies, singalongs, line dancing, bingo, etc!) A 15-foot garage door gives way to the 2,500 square feet of turfed outdoor dog run.

Both areas are lined with tables, Adirondack chairs and cozy nooks to gather with friends. Outside, string lights illuminate the space.

Heaters will be fired up on chilly nights, with blankets available for snuggling down. Free wifi is provided throughout.  While patrons are 100% responsible for their dog while at The Dog Penn, trained staff known as Scamp Counselors are on duty during all business hours. Scamp Counselors provide an extra watchful eye, so guests can relax knowing that pups at play are monitored at all times.

The full-service bar serves beer, wine and cocktails as well as varied snacks and bites. Guests can grab a drink inside, then head outside where dogs can unleash and run free!

Local food trucks roll through most nights, all year long!
